Everyone metabolises THC at a different rate. Factors such as body weight, metabolic rate and genetic predisposition influence the concentration of THC in the blood.

THC is stored in fatty tissue and is slowly released over days or even weeks – even when no acute effect can be felt.

Regular consumption & overestimated driving ability

Long-term users develop a tolerance and may misjudge their driving ability. Nevertheless, the THC level in the blood can exceed the limit and result in legal consequences.

Use:

The test is easy and straightforward to use:

• Allow the packaging to reach room temperature (15-30°C) before opening and only remove the test cassette immediately before testing.
• Place the test cassette on a clean surface and use the pipette to add three full drops of the urine sample to the opening marked S on the cassette. Avoid air bubbles.
• The result can be read after 5 minutes.
• Do not interpret results after more than 10 minutes.

Safe and reliable self-monitoring

A THC urine test detects THC metabolites (THC-COOH) and is often used for drug testing, workplace testing or legal proceedings. A positive result indicates past use, but does not necessarily indicate acute influence.
