The components in detail

XL heating plates & hydraulics

The large-surface plates allow larger quantities to be processed in a single pass, whilst the 10-tonne cylinder provides the necessary pressure for maximum yields.

Important commissioning instructions

Tool-free assembly: Simply connect the pump’s hydraulic hose to the lifting cylinder by hand using the union nut. Electrics: Ensure that both heating plates are securely screwed to the controller before switching on the device. This is the only way to guarantee correct heating performance.
